In fulfillment of our great dream and in our pursuit of development and expansion, the Mamoun Sanoufi Law Firm and Legal Consultations Group was launched by lawyer Muhammad Marwan Mamoun Sanoufi in early 1959 from Syria, the cradle of civilizations, with passion and determination to transcend the boundaries of time and space, passing through France, America and Canada, landing in Dubai, the pearl of the Gulf. It is considered a connecting artery between the East and West of the world and a leading center in the world of finance and business.

Over the years, the group has acquired extensive and deep experience in local and international laws, such that it has become one of the most important and leading legal offices in the region and a center for attracting major economic activities (commercial and industrial).

The founder participated in many international legal conferences and had a prominent role in the field of law and the union.

The office has continued to work and give to this day, such that it has become a consulting reference for major commercial and industrial companies in the region.

▪ He holds more than thirty international certificates in international commercial arbitration in the field of construction, oil and gas, FIDIC contracts, BOT contracts, and others.

•        Tasks and positions held:

▪  Member of the Board of Directors of the Arab Union for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights, working for the Economic Unity Council of the League of Arab States.

▪  Member of the Board of Directors of the Arab Legal Academy - Cairo - to date.

▪  Member of the Appeals Committee of the West Asia Anti-Doping Organization (WARADO)

▪  Member of the committee drafting the guideline for legislative drafting in the Syrian Arab Republic, formed pursuant to a decision of the Prime Minister.

▪  Member of the Exceptions Committee, which is charged with reviewing all legislation in force in the Syrian Arab Republic, formed pursuant to a decision by the Prime Minister.

▪  Chairman of the Legal Committee of the Syrian Arab Football Federation. 

▪  Secretary-General of the International Arbitration Center, a legal member of the International Federation of Lawyers in France, which includes 45 arbitration centers in 40 Arab, African and European countries.

▪ He was assigned to represent the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Industry at the meeting held by the League of Arab States in Cairo, with the approval of the Minister of Economy, in order to discuss amending the statute of the Arab Investment Court.

▪ Participated in discussing the second draft of the international arbitration law in the Syrian Arab Republic with the Minister of Justice before submitting it to the competent authorities.

▪ Participated in the first founding conference of the Qatar Center for International Commercial Arbitration in Doha for the year 2006/2007.

▪ Participant and lecturer in many international legal conferences, both internal and external.

▪ Lecturer in many Arab universities, seminars and conferences.
